Construction Superintendent

Location : Beaumont, AB, Alberta Canada

Salary : C$ $45k - $60k per year
Job Skills : Supervise daily construction activities and job-site operations. Manage crews subcontractors and vendors. Review plans scopes of work and project specifications. Monitor project schedules progress and completion dates. Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate materials equipment deliveries and manpower. Maintain job-site documentation photos daily logs and change orders. Communicate with customers project managers subcontractors and vendors. Identify an
3+ years of construction experience preferred.
Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Supervisor preferred.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
Ability to read plans, scopes, and estimates.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Basic computer and smartphone skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
