 Proficiency in load boards and logistics software (e.g., DAT, load links) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or load booking searching for high paying loads that match drivers routes and equipment's. Ability to manage multiple loads and deadlines simultaneously Negotiating rates with brokers and shippers to maximize profits. coordinating with drivers regarding pickup and delivery schedules. Strong knowledge of GIS, GPS technology, and transportation planning principles. Familiarity with supply chain processes, logistics operations, and fleet management practices. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data for decision-making purposes. Proficiency in data entry, typing, and managing multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of 3PL operations and shipping regulations is preferred. Strong communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette to interact effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams.

Job Description


  • Schedule and dispatch freight shipments using transportation management system such as fleet manager.

  • Utilize GIS and GPS tools to optimize routing and ensure efficient delivery schedules.

  • Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and warehouse teams to facilitate shipping & receiving processes.

  • knowledge of trucking route, lanes and freights rates.

  • Monitor fleet management activities, including vehicle maintenance and compliance with safety standards.

  • Communicate effectively via multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills.

  • Analyze transportation data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

  • Manage freight documentation, shipping schedules, and related logistics paperwork efficiently.
